Nancy Maybin Ferguson is a well known Philadelphia Ten painter. This painting, The Four Towers, depicts the artist's beloved Provincetown, Massachusetts.   Painted sometime in the 1920s, the oil on artist's board is in good condition and has been cleaned and varnished with minor inpainting. It is in a 22 karat reproduction frame  and is initialed at the lower left, "NMF".  The painting is also signed and titled on reverse. This painting along with, The Three Towers, was purchased from a private New England collection.
