His three dimensional mixed-media paintings feature primary colors and incorporate themes from his travels and life experiences. Morris describes his role as an artist is to show the world the way that he experiences and feels it, not to simply paint a pretty picture. His list of teaching appointments include Fleisher Art Memorial, University of the Arts, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and the University of Pennsylvania.
